Ananda Sirisena and Company (Private) Limited is a Registered Corporate Secretaries and Corporate Law Consultancy Firm in Sri Lanka. The Company Originally found by Mr. S. Ananda Sirisena who was in practice as a company secretary since 1978. He is a Registered Secretary under the Companies Act No 17 of 1982.
